Ian Smith has been in the mortgage finance industry since 2015. Starting as a Loan Processor, he has worked his way through the ranks to become a Mortgage Loan Originator & Team Captain here at Premier Lending, Inc. 
 
Ian’s knowledge of loan products allows him to see the bigger picture and assist his clients with selecting the best loan strategy for their unique finances. His client-first mentality helped him build a strong reputation in the real estate community and create happy clients and partners.
 
Before his time in the mortgage industry, Ian attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he received his degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Ian enjoys spending time with his wife Abigail and their dog Dobby in his spare time. During the winter and spring months, he is usually found watching Manchester United games or in the lift line at his favorite ski resorts.
